Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives  (CEA)

Created in 1945, the Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives is a French government-funded institution playing a major role in research, development and innovation, in the fields of energy, with unique platforms of facilities (research reactors, large experimental and simulation tools such as hot laboratories, facilities for physics). CEA provides scientific and technical support to the French government as well as to the definition of the short, medium and long term French energy policies. CEA provide solutions for the nuclear industry to increase its economic competitiveness; provide better answers to public concerns by bringing efficient and acceptable technical solutions for radioactive waste management; design and evaluate new generations of reactor-fuel cycle systems and the associated key technologies. Centro de Investigaciones Energéticas, Medioambientales y Tecnológicas  (CIEMAT)

CIEMAT is a public research utility dependent of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities through the General Secretariat for Scientific Policy Coordination. CIEMAT’s activities are focused on Energy, Environment and related technologies and its mission is to contribute to the sustainable development of the country and the improvement of the quality of life of their people through the generation and application of scientific and technical knowledge, with the goal of becoming a centre of excellence in its fields of expertise. Centrum výzkumu Řež s.r.o. (CVR)

The research organisation Centrum vyzkumu Rez (CVR) was founded on 9th October 2002.The main aim of the research organisation is research, development and innovations in the field of power generation (especially nuclear). The core activities of CVR involve fundamental and applied research on bot experimental research reactors and hot laboratories. The results are used in services for both Czech and foreign organizations and we cooperate with many research institutes and universities all around the world. CVR owns unique research infrastructure such as experimental research reactors LVR-15 and LR-0 and several in-pile as well as out-of-pile technological experimental circuits. Significant modernization of the infrastructure has been realized within years 2012-2017 due to realization of the SUSEN project (realized in the framework of the Operational Programme Research and Development for Innovations of the European Regional Development Fund). www.cvrez.cz

National Nuclear Laboratory Limited (NNL)

The UK’s National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) was established in 2008, bringing together the bulk of the UK’s nation nuclear research capability, and all of the civil nuclear research facilities. The Studiecentrum voor Kernenergie/Centre d’Etude de l’Energie Nucléaire (SCK-CEN)

SCK•CEN, the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, is one of the largest research institutions in Belgium, with activities dedicated to the development of peaceful applications of radioactivity. ÚJV Řež is a Czech leading provider of complex services in safety, reliability and efficiency supporting power generation industry, both nuclear and fossil including heat production plants.
